Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, activate email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail boxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the email box account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
